MEET: 2025 Summer Divisionals

Important Note: For the 2025 Summer Divisionals the teams have been split differently than prior Divisional meets. Swim BC was only recently able to confirm a facility and that the Summer Divisionals would actually happen. Given this, Island Swimming, along with several other clubs, have been moved to the Vancouver & Fraser Division for this meet in order to accommodate all clubs at all 3 Divisional meets (the facility for the Island & Coast Div's cannot host as many teams). That being said, when you look at any information outside of the Island website please be aware that you must look at information for the Vancouver & Fraser Divisionals. Here is a link to the Swim BC website with club allocation and the most up-to-date info. We will be updating all the info regularly on this page as well as it becomes available.

COST: Fees for every swimmer on the trip training with Island:

NO Team travel:
If a meet does not include team travel, or the swimmer is not on team travel, swimmers must arrive on the same date as their teammates and be on time for all training sessions and competitions. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to ask.
In this option, the swimmer will be allowed to participate in team activities if they are organized.
Team travel:
Includes transportation, hotel, meals, snacks, and other activities.
Withdrawal Team policy
Team Travel, when offered, is open to swimmers 11 and older. A deposit for team travel may be charged to your account at the travel declaration deadline. Swimmers who cancel team travel after the declaration is closed be will be responsible for any non-refundable travel expenses associated with the trip.
In the case of withdrawal due to illness or injury, with an accompanying doctor’s note, all or partial refund is at the discretion of the Director of Swimming. Refund amounts will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will depend on cancellation timelines negotiated between ISC and suppliers, non-refundable expenses incurred by ISC and the impact to other participating families.
