Registration for the 2026/27 season opens:

  • July 15th @ 9am for returning members
  • July 20th @9am for new members

Registration information for the 2026/27 season will be sent to returning members by email. Please contact the office if you haven't received it by July 6.

New members must be assessed to register. Summer assessments can be booked below

Island Swim Skills Team (ISST) For swimmers from 6 - 11. Minimum Swimmer Level 4

 All new registrations please book an assessment online

Island Swim Skills Team offers 16 available practice times and days at Commonwealth (SCP) and Juan de Fuca (JDF) pools.

Choose the best 2, 3 or 4 days and times for your family schedule. At practice, swimmers will be placed in lanes based on age and swimming ability. When they are ready to advance, your swimmer will be moved to the more advanced lane. No need to change schedules or practice times.

ISST is suitable for swimmers from 6 - 11 who have previous ISST experience or are a minimum of Swimmer Level 4. Swimmers MUST be comfortable in deep water and able to complete 25 meters in the pool - coaches are not in the water for this program.

Conditioning & Technique (For swimmers from 11 - 18)  

Swimmers must be capable of swimming 150 metres continuously and be comfortable in deep water.

NEW this season: C & T Competitive for swimmers who want to attend sanctioned swim meets during the season. Swimming Canada registration and associated meet entry fees will apply.

  • This group has 4 available practices per week. Swimmers can choose from 1 - 4 practices on the days and times that are most convenient.
